The story behind LIVE BIG

In the spirit of sharing my journey, let's dive into a topic that's quite close to my heart—why I named my practice LIVE BIG'! This name wasn't an instant revelation; in fact, it caused me some frustration. I felt stuck, believing I couldn't move forward with my business until I found THE NAME! Even when it finally struck me, I hesitated—whenever I uttered it, I felt a twinge of uncertainty. It took explaining it to my graphic designer to understand why it made me feel vulnerable; it holds immense significance for me.

'LIVE BIG' encompasses so much depth that encapsulating it in one blog post is a challenge. The core of the name lies in the term BIG (always in caps). While 'BIG' might signify "considerable size, extent, or intensity," or denote "considerable importance or seriousness" per the dictionary, it means much more to me. It's the initials ‘B’ ‘I’ ‘G’.—representing Bianca, Isabella, and Giovana. Bianca and Giovana, my two older sisters, are my ultimate inspirations. They embody a life lived to the fullest, encouraging me to reach higher, support others, and continually strive to be my best self. Additionally, they've imparted to me the values of balance, intuition, and grace—the very principles my practice stands for, forming the acronym BIG.

In this moment of vulnerability, I must admit they are also the driving force behind my venture into health coaching and entrepreneurship. Both being successful entrepreneurs themselves, it's routine for me to pick up my phone daily and discuss both business and health matters with them.

My sisters were my initial "clients" and will forever be my cheerleaders. I dedicate my practice to them and all the incredible women yet to come.
